Beres Manufacturing Division offers a wide range of cable assemblies and harness production services.
We offer complete custom solutions, including the initial concept, design, drawing, engineering, sample production & approval, full scale production and final testing.
The regular development process starts with a customer request describing the final product needed.
Our engineers take it from there, dealing with all aspects of product design, components selection, adjustments & modifications, final product work drawings, pilot production and final approval.
We are geared to prepare assembly drawings and work sheets in all major formats, including Agile, Solid Works, Spicer Imagination, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD (all versions) and others, per customer's request.
Termination methods include both hood and molded assemblies.
All manufacturing stages and processes are fully compatible with IPC/WHMA-A-620.
Quality assurance is our highest priority and for this reason all products are tested rigorously using state-of-the-art testing equipment & methods.
Our production facilities are equipped with dedicated testing equipment for terminated cables and harnesses.
